Dr. Arpin Khostegyan’s passion for dentistry began at 15 when she started as a dental assistant, igniting her commitment to exceptional dental care. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at UCLA in 2002, followed by a dental hygiene degree from USC in 2008, and a doctorate in dental surgery in 2012. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Arpin has established a family-operated practice focused on trust, comfort, and lifelong oral health. She is dedicated to continuous education and has created mentorship programs for young people interested in dentistry, demonstrating her commitment to the future generation. Known for her warm and approachable nature, she loves helping patients achieve confident smiles through minimally invasive care. Dr. Arpin resides in Southern California, with her three children and her dog, enjoying gardening and creating welcoming spaces both at home and in her practice. Her compassionate approach and dedication to her patients’ well-being have made her a beloved figure in the community, fostering trust and long-term relationships with those she serves.

With over 20 years in the dental field, Alex Castellanos has truly done it all. Starting as a dental assistant, her exceptional organizational skills and communication abilities quickly led her to the front office, where she now excels in a managerial role. Known as the warm and welcoming face of our practice, Alex combines a firm stance with insurance companies with a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring everyone feels at ease with their dental needs. She resides in the San Fernando Valley with her husband, two kids, four dogs, and one cat. In her free time, Alex enjoys professional-level costume design and is a passionate Disney enthusiast.
Stephanie Cruz
Dental Assistant
If you’ve met Stephanie, you know she’s a joy to be around. With 13 years of experience as a dental assistant, she has spent the last six years as a beloved member of Dr. Arpin’s team. Stephanie’s gentle touch and caring demeanor perfectly complement Dr. Arpin’s philosophy of patient-first care, making her an invaluable part of our dental family. She lives in Reseda with her family and her beloved dog, Zoe. Stephanie enjoys spending her weekends camping and traveling, creating cherished memories with her loved ones.
Ari Aref
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ari has been a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist since 2019, having graduated from West Los Angeles College with her RDH degree and completing her rotations at UCLA Dental School and the Los Angeles Veterans Hospital. Ari’s in-depth knowledge, keen diagnostic skills, and comprehensive approach to patient care make her a standout in her field. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and passion for preventative care, Ari is not just a hygienist; she’s an educator and a friend to her patients. She lives in Woodland Hills with her husband and their two beautiful daughters.
Dr. Sheeda Mansouri
Dental Hygienist
Dr. Sheeda is a cherished member of our dental team, bringing a wealth of experience and a nurturing touch to her role. A UCLA alumna, she earned her Bachelor of Science in 1994 and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1998. After a decade of practicing dentistry, Dr. Sheeda took time to focus on her growing family before returning to her passion as a dental hygienist. Patients often praise her for her gentle approach and unwavering dedication to their care. Dr. Sheeda resides in Brentwood with her husband and three wonderful children.

RDH Registered Dental Hygienist
Reno, a proud USC Dental Hygiene School graduate, has been delivering exceptional dental care across Southern California since 1999. His extensive experience and gentle approach make him a trusted and respected figure in the dental community. Reno’s patients appreciate his thorough knowledge and the comforting touch he brings to each cleaning appointment. He lives in Crestline, CA, with his girlfriend and their two cats, Leonard and Sam, where he enjoys the tranquility of mountain life when he’s not busy caring for smiles.
